While I was on vacation in Sydney, Australia earlier this month I took a trip to the Taronga Zoo. I got to see all kinds of really great animals, and even found some time to sketch them.

Here are some some baby elephants playing around in the water.

This bongo was camera shy.

This was my first time seeing a kamodo dragon in person. Very cool and dinosaur-like.

An idea for a cheetah head dress. I was told to make it look a little more friendly, and maybe add some more elements.

Here's the next step that I took it to. I added some feathers in the headdress and other design elements, but kept the overall shape.

Happy Halloween. Here are some more creations I did for Dizzywood.com for their Halloween celebration.

This ghost has about eight steps of animation in the world. He's sort of a "henchman" of Rat Wrath.

Here's a mask of Frankenstein's monster. This is one is a personal favorite.

Here's a scarecrow mask.

And this is the owner of Ravenloft Manor, Bram Dracovich. For the most part he's an original character. I did use some concept art from Dizzywood, but his expression, outfit, and a majority of his body is my design.

Halloween is tomorrow, so I thought I would share some of the creations I've done for Dizzywood.com

Here were the concepts for grandfather clocks to go in our Haunted Manor

This was the final design. We went with the overall design of number one, and maintained the coffin shape for the door on the front.

Here were some key designs to open the front gates. We asked some of the Dizzywood users "Which key will unlock the haunted manor?"

A majority of the users guessed this key here, and they were right.

This suit of armor here actually has about 10 steps of animation to it, and falls into a pile when you click on it in the Dizzywood game.
